  1. Let the croissant defrost for 15min.
  2. Cut two mini croissant Bake’Up in half and place the four pieces in a 10/12 cm dough cutter with the tips pointing towards the centre.
  3. Bake +/- 15min at 180°C.
  4. Once baked, fill with cream as desired in the centre of the flower and sprinkle with sugar. N.B. The number of petals may vary depending on the size of the dough cutter.
