  1. Defrost the soft bun.
  2. Grill if desired. 
  3. Fry the beef burgers in the RISSO® EVOLUTION. Also fry the crispy bacon in the RISSO® EVOLUTION. 
  4. Next, prepare the burger. Start at the bottom with RISSO® CHEESY SAUCE.
  5. Then put beef burger, Emmental cheese, crispy bacon on the bun. 
  6. Add a slice of onion, then the other beef burger, Emmental cheese and crispy bacon. 
  7. Finish with a few slices of tomato and lettuce leaves. 
  8. Now simply add the RISSO® BOURGY BURGER SAUCE and you're done.
