  1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan.
  2. Open the Lanterna Focaccino
  3. Spread a layer of mashed avocado on one side of the panini.
  4. Layer smoked salmon slices, Brie cheese, wakame seaweed, and nori strips on top of the avocado.
  5. Close the Focaccino and place it in the preheated panini press or grill pan.
  6. Toast for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
