- Preheat a panini press or grill pan.
- Open the Lanterna Focaccino
- Spread a layer of mashed avocado on one side of the panini.
- Layer smoked salmon slices, Brie cheese, wakame seaweed, and nori strips on top of the avocado.
- Close the Focaccino and place it in the preheated panini press or grill pan.
- Toast for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
