Preparazione
- Let the pastry sheet defrost for 15min.
- Roll it from the length, and cut 5cm pieces.
- Put them flat in a mold, and let them proof for 30min.
- Place a baking sheet and a tray above the molds
- Bake for +/- 20min at 180°C.
- Take away the mols while the rolls are still hot. And let them rest.
- Meanwhile, max together the custard cream and the melted chocolate. Place the mixture in a pipping bag.
- Fill the rolls wit the mix and decorated with your desire coating & topping.
