Preparazione

  1. Let the pastry sheet defrost for 15min.
  2. Roll it from the length, and cut 5cm pieces.
  3. Put them flat in a mold, and let them proof for 30min.
  4. Place a baking sheet and a tray above the molds
  5. Bake for +/- 20min at 180°C.
  6. Take away the mols while the rolls are still hot. And let them rest.
  7. Meanwhile, max together the custard cream and the melted chocolate. Place the mixture in a pipping bag.
  8. Fill the rolls wit the mix and decorated with your desire coating & topping.
