  1. Defrost the soft bun.
  2. Grill if desired. 
  3. Fry the fish and French fries in a frying pan with RISSO® CHEF® FRYING OIL
  4. Cover the bottom of the bun with RISSO® THOUSAND ISLANDS DRESSING
  5. Arrange the fish on top and place the apple straws on top. 
  6. Season the fries with the sea salt and finish the bun with the RISSO® COCKTAIL

Put the lid on the bun.
