Werkwijze
- Cut the sheets in 3x5 pc. Cut each rectangle in the corners and fold like an Angel (see picture below).Fill with custard cream and decorate with crumbles.
- Let the pastry sheet proof for 30min and bake at 20-25min at 180°C.
- Decorate the edge of the wings with melted chocolate and top the pastry with Icing sugar.
